So many people make the mistake of waiting to call the Estate sale company
until after the house is under contract.
At this point, they are in a time crunch and trying to schedule an estate sale within a short period of time.
My PSA of the day…if you know of someone who needs an Estate Sale,
tell them to have the sale first, then list the house.
This avoids the time crunch issue AND frees up space in the house.
BONUS: the house will also appear less cluttered and larger to potential buyers!
